On Site Property Inspection was established in 2014. Since 2014 we have completed over one thousand property inspections for our clients.

We specialize in completing a thorough and comprehensive inspection report for our clients. We begin all inspections with the foundation and work our way to the roof while inspecting everything in between. We inspect all exterior and interior walls, windows and doors. During the inspection, all major components are tested and ran. We test and inspect the operation of HVAC, plumbing and electrical components. We also offer pool and/or spa inspections. Once the inspection is completed we review our findings with the client, providing pictures of any damaged or deficient items we find. Our comprehensive reports provide our clients with a clear understanding of any issues or potential issues the property might have. All inspection reports are provided to client within 24 hours of the inspection. We guarantee a professional, informative and friendly inspection experience for our clients. We offer inspections in Riverside, Redlands, Yucaipa, Beaumont, Banning, Hemet, San Jacinto, Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Sun City and all desert cities.
