I teach you the tools to take control of your health, spirituality, and mental well-being using the principles of Ayurveda. There are various methods we use, including group yoga classes, meditation, pranayama (the art of breathing), and herbal medicines. Each month, I offer a group class on different pillars of Ayurveda and their interactions with our health in modern society. As of early 2017, I will be offering additional bi-monthly moon cycle circles, focusing on the depth of a female's lunar connection.
