We've combined an Olympic weightlifting club inside of a high-energy CrossFit gym to allow our clients to gain specialties in both.
Specialties
We specialize in teaching the Olympic Weightlifting movements as well as basic strength training. It is our mission to teach and develop the proper mechanics to safely execute the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Along with technical proficiency, we will also help you build overall strength. Our clients are given a customized program built to their needs for no matter what their goals are; whether you're a serious high-level athlete or whether you just want to have fun.
