After the second try still have a broken DC17! This is ridiculous We checked the numbers on the DC07 and DV17 - these are not our vacuums! Fraud! He replaced them with different machines!

Carlos is amazing. We brought in our Bissel upright which had broken the height adjustment wheel, basically rendering our machine useless. NOT only did he offer us a free loaner while we waited...

Paid for services and products not rendered. I have called at least 3 times to see if part is in and I don't even get a return call. Horrible. I want to dispute credit card charge!
