North Park Apostolic says it is called to be a Christ-centered, Holy Spirit-dependent church with "simplicity and excellence as we love God with all our being and love all others with the same passion."
Its principles include: "To love the Lord with all our heart, soul and mind through our worship and our lifestyle" (Mark 12:30), "To love each other with the same passion and fervency (Mark 12:31), so that all people would know that we are true disciples of Christ through the love we exhibit one to the other." (John 13:35) and "To fulfill the Great Commission, by loving the unsaved souls of people we know, namely friends, relatives, acquaintances and neighbors (Mark 16:15) through sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ (John 3:16)."
It is a multi-cultural church in existence for 32 years in San Diego County and home to Lemon Grove since 2008. The church has several ministries for for its congregation including singles and married couples, children, youth and a ministry of music with praise teams and a mass choir. North Park Bookstore, located in the church offers a variety of Christian books and items for all ages. North Park Apostolic Church opens its doors for anyone in need of counseling.
