HistoryStudio 54 Cycling & Aerobics opened it's doors in April of 2010. The owner wanted to pursue her dream of instructing/training people with their fitness goals on a full time basis. At Studio 54, we try to help our students/clients improve their overall body composition and we feel that exercising and keeping good nutritional habits on a consistent basis, is the best way to achieve this goal. The owner is a Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Spin Instuctor and has taught at various Health Clubs, before deciding to open up her own Exercise Studio.SpecialtiesOur Classes are Suitable for all Levels of Experience & Especially Friendly to Beginners. Spinning is fun and it is a non-weight bearing, high cardio type of Aerobic Exercise that help's tone your hips, buttocks and thighs.
