No Excuses Fitness was established in 1997, located in Pasadena, CA. Roland Nahapetian has created a very exciting and effective group fitness class called Groupstride, the class developed into a popular and exciting workout with 20 weekly classes. Our 45 minute classes are packed with carefully choreographed exercises designed to help with weight loss and strength development.
