Nic started out as a personal trainer on the sunny beaches of Sydney after studying at the Fitness Institute of Australia. He moved to his wife's hometown of Berkeley in 2010 and built a successful small business with some loyal clients. Nic is also the co-founder of Lift & Sprint Bootcamp. Berkeley/Kensington. For individuals who want personal attention and a push to restart their fitness routines, Nic creates a safe, fun training environment in El Cerrito. Athletes, weekend warriors, retirees, UC Berkeley professors and more look to Nic for fitness/nutrition advice and varied, functional workouts.
Specialties
45 minute calorie burn and strength workouts via zoom. I loan out dumbbells and kettlebells to local clients (during COVID_19) and also work with your personal weight training equipment. Keep active, strong and stress free with weekly workouts.
