I started this Studio because i wanted to provide quality personal training to people and help to change people's lives. Staying in shape is one of the most important things a person can do for themselves and i thoroughly enjoy helping people walk that journey. I have been involved with sports and fitness for over 20 years having played College Football in the PAC-12, invited to the 1998 NFL Combine, a brief stint with the Dallas Cowboys, and several years of coaching at the high school and Juco levels. I am also a 2nd Degree Black Belt and so you'll train like the pros train, focusing on strength building, toning, weight loss, & agility. Throw in some martial arts movements and skills and you'll be working on strengthening non-core muscles, improving balance, flexibility, and coordination.
