New China, a family owned and operated restaurant, has been serving its customers for 20 years. It is nestled in the quiet and lovely town of Ripon, 15 minutes south of Stockton. It was founded by first generation Chinese immigrants, who like most immigrants, came to the United States for the American dream. The owner's main concept for New China is to give their guests a wonderful experience by providing a vast selection of authentic Chinese dishes accompanied by good ol' small town hospitality. Traditional Chinese with a touch of American taste, their approach to food is to use the finest and freshest ingredients in all their dishes. We believe in making our dishes of highest quality and rich in flavor. From our potstickers to our chow mein, all dishes are home made, cooked fresh, and made exactly as you like it.
