I begin doing I.T. support because I loved building networks, I really had not anticipated it turning into what it has today. I got my experience building and supporting computer based networks for large enterprise based networks (like UPS, Microsoft, and Qualcomm); that in a nutshell has been the secret of my success. I've taken what we've learned at the enterprise level, and scaled it down to fit a small business model. The end result being extremely reliable, scalable, and cost effective. That, coupled with a knack for explaining complex IT needs in layman terms has helped us grow by leaps and bounds.
