This is the regional office of the Neptune Society, a nationwide group that offers low-cost funeral services in 12 Northern California locations. Staffed by trained counselors, it offers nondenominational memorial events in its onsite chapel and the scattering of ashes over water on its private yacht. It also offers services in the San Francisco Columbarium, a neoclassical historic landmark.
