History
Natalie began teaching Vinyasa yoga in studios around Orange County in 2013, and since 2016 has added women and companies as her specialty clients. Her approach initially centered around yoga as a means of fitness and weight loss, but as her personal practice grew, she evolved to prioritizing compassion as a practice on and off the mat. As someone who struggled for years with hormonal imbalances, adrenal fatigue, and IBS, she found that less stress on both the mind and body has equated to more health. Through a mindful yoga practice and subtle lifestyle adjustments, she has watched her clients' progress echo her own.
Specialties
I have two main specialties: corporate wellness and health coaching/yoga programs for women. Corporate wellness: I believe that corporations have the potential to create tremendous sustainable growth in technology, healthcare, and business... but in order for these profound changes to happen, front-line employees must have the mental and physical capacity for creativity. Through my coordination with company wellness programs, I created a program to support employees' physical and mental health through yoga, meditation, personal development and nutrition. On an individual level, I use yoga and health coaching to support women in improving their health. Through coaching and/or yoga, I support women in making lifestyle shifts to prepare for a healthy pregnancy, improve thyroid condition and/or adrenal fatigue, or have better quality periods. On several occasions, I have also hosted special group yoga events for weddings, and bridal and baby showers.
