With 57 years of experience owner operator Bob Sitarski opened his first pizzeria in 1967. Classically trained by a Sicilian restaurant owner, Bob still uses the same hand tossed made from scratch methods combined with quality ingredients to build his signature Detroit style pie. A tradition handed down our family. We are excited to present our vision to you and all our guests. Our caring and committed staff will ensure you have a fantastic experience with us.

At MyPizzaBob we offer farm-to-table artisan pizzas and salads made with the finest ingredients, many of them grown locally at our very own Stone Bridge Farm, in upstate NY, using the latest sustainable farming techniques, good for the environment and good for you. Our guests can select toppings from our wide variety of fresh ingredients, or choose from our selection of signature house pies. We refuse to compromise on quality in our product. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers. Our mobile unit is available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more.
