Strategic Planning: Successful CRM implementations require creativity and collaboration. Together we will walk you through a questionnaire that will provide us with what we need in order to build your custom blueprint and SOW estimate. When you are ready, we will review the blueprint and estimate and adjust the plan as needed before starting. Project Management: The initial implementation follows a more traditional waterfall approach (requirements, design, implementation, verification, maintenance). For ongoing enhancements we practice Agile principles utilizing tools like Trello and JIRA to deliver you documented weekly deliverables that keep the implementation on schedule and on budget. System Administration: A good amount of implementations rely heavily on what are known as declarative configurations, data cleanup, and reporting. We offer these services at the beginning of an implementation and for extended contracts. Development: For clients that have special business needs, we partner with Salesforce Developers who can integrate Salesforce with your website and external systems, plus perform high level programming tasks that take your business beyond the status quo.
