I am a certified ACSM (American College of Sports and Medicine) Personal Trainer for over 12 years. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science where I trained in Physical Therapy and rehabilitation techniques. I am also a Certified TRX Personal Trainer with over a decade of practical experience. I am committed to the science of exercise, training clientele ranging from the general population, seniors, fragile individuals, and clients with spinal issues. I am passionate about the correct exercise mechanisms which is why I focus not only on training, but on educating proper form, posture, and balance to help my clients create lifelong healthy habits. That is why I believe that physical activity promotes optimal health and is integral in the prevention and treatment of many medical conditions which is often times as, or more effective than drugs.
