History

At age 12 I started to work with my mom in a local restaurant in idyllwild my mom and I worked there for over 20 years. We have now opened our own mountain center cafe. I am currently the cook and run the business.

The waitress suggested I try the chicken steak and eggs. She said it was the best thing on the breakfast menu and she was not lying. I left no crumbs!! My son said his food was delicious as well....
