Established in 1999, ROEM Builders Inc. is an offshoot of ROEM Corporation as well as the general contractor and construction management firm of ROEM Development Corporation. The separation of construction and development efforts formed new divisions, including a development entity handling acquisitions, planning, design, financing and overall project development.
