Montes Transmission Center is located along Long Beach Blvd in downtown South Gate. The large garage shares a auto repair strip with two other auto shops, including a smog center and muffler & radiator shop. Montes specializes in transmission repairs, utilizing the latest in transmission services technology to ensure accurate repairs and fast service. The shop also offers general maintenance for all vehicles, both foreign and domestic. Appointments are recommended, but drive-ups are accepted starting at 8am, Monday through Friday.
