Dr. Cowan is a graduate from Oregon Health Sciences University, School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Cowan is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and is a certified Invisalign provider. Dr. Cowan has taken extensive continuing education courses, most recently specializing in Veneer and Crown Restoration.
