Framework Pilates came to central Massachusetts after 10+ years of working with private clients in Los Angeles and San Diego. Our training style fills the gap between strong classical Pilates instruction and functional strength-training techniques needed to combat our modern lifestyle. We specialize in private and customized instruction, offering one-on-one sessions to ensure you get the best results possible. Pilates is a proven method of safe and effective strength and flexibility training, and we stay true to those roots while enhancing the programming with extra shoulder, hip, and lower back mobility. You will feel your entire body connected and working as a dynamic system instead of isolated pieces and parts. This type of movement training makes you feel grounded, connected, and restored. We welcome clients who have often felt frustrated, excluded, or otherwise unwelcome in traditional fitness spaces.
