Dr. Nguyen is Professor of Medicine, a Stanford Cancer Institute member and specializes in the treatment and prevention of primary liver cancer such as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Dr. Nguyen is also a Professor of Epidemiology and Population Health by courtesy at Stanford. Her clinical and research focus has been liver cancer for the past 20+ years. She is a frequent lecturer for the management and prevention of liver cancer for care providers and researchers at national and international conferences. Dr. Stephanie Hsiao is a clinical assistant professor at Stanford Medicine and a full-time advanced heart failure/transplant cardiologist at the Palo Alto VA. She grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. He has distinguished himself in the field of Hepatitis C therapeutics and has been the principal investigator on multiple international trials. He recently authored the ACG Clinical Guideline: Evaluation of Abnormal Liver Chemistries.

Dr. Arai has formal training in clinical research with a Masters in Epidemiology from Stanford University. She has a clinical practice seeing all diseases in hematopoietic cell transplantation, with a clinical research focus on the prevention and treatment of post-transplant complications.
