Tuff Skin started over 30 years ago in Mesa Arizona by my cousin Monty Germaine. He and his sons now have several locations in Arizona. I opened the first location in California here in Huntington Beach in January of 2003. We are not a franchise and each location in California is operated by ownership. We take personal pride and responsibility for each and every job. When we opened in 2003 we never expected to spray more than one truck per customer,
