Middle Way Zen in San Jose, CA is a Soto Zen meditation center founded in 2009 by Cornelia Junfu Shonkwiler. With a lineage tracing back to Japanese Zen Master Shunryu Suzuki roshi, they offer daily meditation practice and Sunday talks to explore the meaning of Zen practice in our daily lives.
