We first learned about microgreens from nutritional studies claiming them to be some of the most nutrient dense foods in the world. Searching for ways to improve our health microgreens kept popping up so naturally we had to look into these little morsels of life. We found studies showing the nutrient density being up to 40 times more dense then their full grown counterparts. Today's food is lacking vital nutrients and is controversial and often confusing information to what a healthy diet should be. Its really not that difficult. Nature provides us with the necessities for a healthy life and it's up to us to provide our body with what we need for optimal health.
