Very clean and organized 'small Mexican market. Prices were reasonable in the very fine produce section and a little high in the meat and fish section. Ultra fresh products.

Carniceria El Campeon

The Carniceria El Campeon food market is located in the El Adobe Plaza. his shopping center is filled with stores that cater to the Spanish-speaking population of San Juan Capistrano. It is stocked with all of the Mexican favorite products such as sodas, snack food and DVDs. It also has a huge produce section where most of the items come from area farms. There is a separate butcher department that provides fresh meats and poultry from the area farms. It has a small fish department because this area is known for its pork and beef. The shop also makes fresh tortillas, both flour and corn and has a small deli where you can purchase authentic staples like salsa and guacamole.
