Roberto Vigilucci came from Milan in the mid '80s with a passion for authentic Italian food and opened a restaurant on the corner of South Coast Highway 101 and D street, a spectacular location with a view of the Encinitas welcome sign. Since then, he has opened six restaurants in the San Diego area, with different options at each one, including jazz events and other local entertainer performances. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is a unique blend of elegance, relaxation and fun. The food is completely authentic and includes several pasta, chicken, meat and seafood options. The dessert is phenomenal, with many gelato options.
