Martial Exercise: A private one on one Personal Training Session. Designed for people who want to get in shape and want an alternative to lifting weights/running. It uses fun and engaging exercises taking from different martial arts to create a great workout. No Martial Arts experience is required and is beginner friendly. Whether your goals are fitness based or self defense based, Martial Exercise can help you. Class format will be 30 minutes of strength/cardio conditioning exercises and stretching. 30 Minutes of padwork/cardio kick boxing/grappling techniques. Longer class sessions are available upon request.
