Marina Coast Water District is a municipal-owned water system, which was established in 1960 in the then unincorporated city of Marina. Earlier known as Marina County Water District, the company gained its current name in 1994. Governed by five-member Board of Directors, the district is responsible for providing high quality and clean water to the residents of the city. It regularly checks the quality of the supplied water in certified laboratories. Marina Coast Water District also imposes different restrictions for proper conservation of water in the city. Several other facilities like online bill payment, customer service and recycling options are also provided.
