History
The firm was founded in 2014 and merged practices in 2018 in order to offer a full-service experience for their clients. Having a rich background in being inside the courtroom and fighting for their clients before juries, we realized that too many people wait until things go wrong to fix them. Instead, good planning begins by realizing what can go wrong and making sure clients don't make those mistakes in the first place. So wemade 3 promises when we began the firm: (1) No hourly billing: estate planning clients should always feel free to call the office with questions, without worrying about getting a bill in the mail. (2) A lifetime approach: when we give you your documents, it marks the beginning of our relationship, not the end. (3) A comprehensive approach: our plans are designed to avoid probate, eliminate the estate tax, plan for incapacity, avoid guardianship, maximize asset protection and limit your taxes.
Specialties
Bridge Law LLP is a law firm specializing in estate planning for individuals who want to avoid probate, parents who want to name guardians for their young children, and families who want to ensure that their assets go to their loved ones, without paying unnecessary probate fees, estate taxes, or capital gains. The most important thing you need to know about us is that we have families of our own and are parents ourselves. We understand that your most important assets are your loved ones. More than your financial wealth, your family is the most important, unique, personal, and valuable treasure you have. People trust us to get it right and we take that seriously. At Bridge Law, not only do we customize and design your trust to meet your family's needs, but we give our clients all sorts of options that many estate planning attorneys have never heard of. We regularly meet our clients and review their plan as the law changes and as life changes. And we don't charge hourly fees for it. It's part of our approach. We operate on word-of-mouth referrals and our clients will be the first to tell you how we take a comprehensive, customized approach to planning. An estate plan is one of the most important documents you will put together in your lifetime. We're lucky to count as our clients: lawyers, judges, law enforcement, teachers, business owners, accountants, and even high-profile officials who all have trusted our discretion and our skill set.
