Luisa Chocolatiere is a local custom-chocolate house that sells handmade gourmet chocolates. There are a variety of collections to choose from, ranging from milk, dark and white chocolates to truffles, toffees and caramels. Founder Louisa Cuevas learned the art of chocolate making in Paris, France under the tutelage of Monsieur Sender, a master patisserie and chocolatier. She continued her advanced training in Nanterre, France.
Today Luisa's chocolates and confections can be ordered anywhere in the world via telephone, fax or the Internet. Orange County locals travel to Luisa's Café, home of Luisa Chocolatiere, where her specialty chocolates are made fresh daily, stocked and available for sale.
