History

I started Lotus Structural Integration out of the evolution and personal journey that the Rolf Method has helped me through. From chronic injury and pain in my early twenties to now 15 years later feeling better in my body than I've ever felt. I truly believe in this work and its transformative capability to help anyone in pain, and in need of personal growth and empowerment.
