HistoryHi, my name is Haleh Rambod, and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist (MFC 42996) practicing in Turlock, California. I also provide virtual and online counseling to clients throughout California. Since 2001, the focus of my clinical career has been providing counseling services to help individual adolescents and adults cope with and overcome personal, emotional, behavioral, educational, cross-cultural, and crisis issues. Upon receiving my California Credential for Pupil Personnel Services from San Jose State University in 2003, I've also been helping college-age individuals with their educational and career choices. In addition to being a certified hypnotherapist, I've received training in Jungian psychology and dream analysis. I'm also a certified EMDR clinician, an EMDR consultant to therapists who are working towards their certification, and serve on the faculty for the Parnell Institute.SpecialtiesWe all face challenges, whether those challenges involve our personal growth or our relationships with others. Due to the uniqueness of each of my clients, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques that are designed to help the specific needs of each individual, including: cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic, solution-focused, narrative, and family systems therapies. Some of the methods I incorporate into these therapies include: meditation, hypnosis, art, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
