Found a disconnect box that was so overheated that it melted all of the internal parts and almost caught on fire!

Previous company replaced a fuse without looking for the cause-this caused extreme temperatures and burnt disconnect box cover

Dry but undercharged system has micro bubbles in the sight glass. this caused excessive run times and poor performance.

Followup service for the commercial unit we installed. Rooftop Rheem unit.

Frozen evaporator . Different company quoted them a motor replacement for $1600 and I found that it was just a dirty filter:)
