Loayza Real Estate is a fusion of talents & abilities from different generations from the Loayza Family and a prosperous vision shared by Silvano & Alfonso. A vision that Silvano Loayza always kept alive ever since he emigrated from his native country of Peru in 1990. A vision that Silvano kept alive thanks to his perseverant and passionate spirit and Alfonso's commitment and enthusiasm to realize this dream in 2006. Loayza Real Estate opened the doors to the public in 2006. Prior to starting Loayza Real Estate, team loayza received numerous awards and recognizations from a well known nationwide real estate company and the San Mateo county Association of Realtors.
