I'm here to help you navigate the process of buying a home. I can help narrow your search and set you up to receive listings that meet your criteria. I will help you through the pre-approval process and once you find a home you are interested in making an offer on, I will analyze all the recently sold homes comparable to the one you want to make an offer on so we can strategize on making a competitive and successful offer. I will then negotiate your contract and once we are in contract I will be there to meet the appraiser, inspectors and provide our in house transaction coordinator, title company and lender with everything they need to close on time. I'm here to help you navigate the process of selling your home. I will help you understand the current real estate market and how your home will do if you were to list it. I always do a comprehensive market analysis and look at all comparable recent sales in your neighborhood, comparing date of sale, list price versus sales price and the price per square foot. I coordinate everything we need to do to make your home look its best, from stagers, painters, landscapers and photographers to home inspectors. When you receive offers I will help you determine which offer is the strongest that will have a successful and timely close. Once we are in contract I will communicate directly with the buyer's agent, the title company, transaction coordinator and lender to make sure everything goes smoothly.
