Lewis & Kladder was formally known as Instudio in San Francisco, California. In January of 2015 Samuel Fleming Lewis and Stephen Kladder relocated to Palm Springs, California. The move has allowed the exhibiting visual artists, professional interior designers and home furnishing experts/scouts to combine their passions for art, design and furniture within a sunny loft like studio space. The two have re-branded the Palm Springs business as Lewis & Kladder. Samuel and Stephen are architectural Interior Design Directors who start with a plan to develop living or working spaces. The Interior architecture and furniture placement becomes the foundation for personalized design and decoration of residential or small business projects. The Design Directors approach each project as an artist would approach a blank canvas. Their clients are the inspiration for the portrait. A client's needs create the composition or plan as their personal style develops into an individual work of art.
