Leon's Haircutters is an unassuming barber shop located in the quaint Jay Vee strip mall plaza near Moeser. There are two chairs in here for full and personal attention. The owner, Gene, can often be found cutting hair inside with his trademark handlebar mustache. A little bit of everything is done here from fades to highlights for men, women and children.
