After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Laurine set her sights on San Francisco. For the past twenty years Laurine has owned and run Left Coast Catering. In 2009 Laurine appeared on the sixth season of Top Chef, and she used the show as a launching pad to raise money for early childhood education by hosting charity events.
