History
We have always been a real estate practice focused on transactions and resolving conflicts while attempting to avoid litigation. The firm started by representing escrow companies and real-estate brokerages then added ground leases and retail shopping centers, medical buildings, hotels, marinas, schools, international retail clients, institutional property owners, Real Estate Investment Trusts, Joint Ventures and a very wide range of other sorts of transactional types. The principal of this firm has also been a commercial real estate broker since 2003 and a licensee since 1994. I do both residential and commercial transactions but I do not do any residential landlord/tenant disputes. (This firm will not represent a client as both attorney and broker in the same transaction )

Representing both property owners and tenants, we are a commercial real estate law firm focused on purchases and sales, including IRS 1031 exchanges, and including every aspect of these transactions (negotiating and drafting agreements, supervising escrow/title, performing due diligence, etc), leasing, as well as landlord/tenant conflicts, negotiating and drafting property management agreements, forming entities (LLC's and corporations) and filing the accompanying paperwork, estoppels and every other transactional task that is part of any real estate transaction. We are able to represent your transaction no matter where located in California.
