History
Leah grew up in the Inland Empire. She comes from a family of local business owners. Her grandmother was born in Beaumont in 1910 and she raised her family and operated several businesses serving the Pass area. In law school, Leah was selected to contribute to the Journal of Juvenile Law, she worked for the San Bernardino County District Attorney's office as a law clerk and she worked for the juvenile department of the San Bernardino County Public Defender's office. Leah graduated as valedictorian of her law school and successfully established her law practice in downtown Beaumont in 2004. She has successfully assisted thousands of clients throughout the Inland Empire and California. Leah has been named as a Certified Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist by the State Bar of California.

Our practice is focused on probate administration, trust administration, conservatorships, will, trust and probate litigation, drafting of Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care and Finances, Estate Planning, Medi-Cal Planning, Conservatorships, Guardianships, Healthcare Law, transactional matters (contracts, property transactions, business formation, etc) and Chapter 7 Bankruptcies. Leah is certified by the State Bar of California as a Legal Specialist in the fields of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law. There are very few certified specialists in this area of the law. But even with having attained recognition by the State Bar of California as a certified specialist, Leah is able to take the complex areas of law and put them in plain English. Leah ensures that her clients know their legal rights and the best options available to them. Leah enjoys her clients and the work she does.
