The California Supreme Court recently approved the decision in one of my cases, Brenner v. DMV, and let it stand as the law of the land. After Brenner, we have a new way to attack and throw out chemical tests. A DUI arrest is an unfortunate example of a bad thing happening to a good person. Generally, people arrested for DUI are regular folks who find themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time, or are trapped by unfair police practices or faulty testing equipment. With the consequences of a DUI arrest and DMV suspension increasing every year, I fight as hard as I can to get the best result for each of my clients.
