History
Laura began her career as a Fitness Instructor and Group X Instructor at the Berkeley YMCA. Later that year she founded inMotion Fitness who currently provides endurance training programs in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2007, Laura moved to 24 Hour Fitness as a part time personal trainer. Laura transitioned into a full time trainer after graduation from California College of the Arts and was promoted to Assistant Fitness Manger shortly thereafter. After great success as Assistant Fitness Manager, Laura was promoted to Fitness Manger at a larger location. In 2009, Laura decided to leave her family at 24 Hour Fitness to become an Independent Trainer at her current home at Synergy Fitness Studio, and to focus on coaching running programs through inMotion Fitness.
