They will no longer accept new clients as in no thing for you...therefore let your pet suffer and move on. I would give zero Stars although that won't happen.

They have not accepted a new client in "about 7-8 years". Quite literally no reason for you to have a yelp page at all if you're a semi retired family doctor.
