They put us in a room with a toilet that did not flush. We ended up leaving and not staying the night. Called twice to talk to someone regarding a refund and never got a call back. Out $200.00

We go lake Tahoe, we choices this Inn. But never advise any swimming pool and jacuzzi. No aircon. Sohotguve small electric fan. The door so hard close and open so hard. Never changing the room.ye...
