I am a graduate from the health supportive culinary school The Natural Gourmet Institute, based in New York City. I've spent 2 years working in farm-to-table restaurants and working for healthy food delivery services. I am know sharing my whole foods cooking knowledge and skills directly with clients, preparing fresh meal in their kitchen so they are prepped for the week.
