Hello my name is Valerie de le Fortrie-Kemp, I am French from Toulouse but have been in the USA for 39 years. My business partner is Christian Chereau world renowned pastry chef, he's from Nice. The goal was to open an authentic French Bistro, like the ones you would frequent in the South of France. The portions are big, the food is fresh and organic and the pastries are made daily and truly divine.
