History

This paper was founded as La Voz by Candelario Mendoza and his business partner, Al Castro back in the early 80's. After Mr. Mendoza passed away, Al Castro sold it to the PUSD and after a short time, it went out of business for 6 months. We brought it back as La Nueva Voz in August of 2009 and we are celebrating our 4th year publishing
