La Dalia Coffee started in the late 80's with the entrepreneur vision of an Argentinian/Nicaraguan couple who saw potential in the coffee business. By selling in the local market, they were able to manage and make the most out of it, but after a decade and with the help of their now grown up children and the new technology online, were able to promote their succulent coffee in the international market. We bring coffee directly from our farm! Our artisan coffee is carefully harvested and selected to give each cup a differentiated taste. We care about the fermentation process and how it is perfectly washed and sun-dried so that consistency in taste and quality can be assured. Once or coffee beans arrive in the States, we roast them in micro-roaster with our experts to bring out an astonishing flavor profile that will make you feel the magic in our beans.
