KTS Construction is locally owned and operated by Kelly Singleton. He has 18+ years of experience in New Construction, Remodeling and Home Repairs, as well as Modular Home Repairs. Some of his portfolio includes; framing, electrical, concrete, siding, foundations (including lifting the house), plumbing, pre purchase home inspections, decks, tiles, rot removal, flooring, finish work, additions, fences, roofing. We can also consult with your engineer in regards to which products/materials should be used for your blue prints. Construction permits can be acquired with additional costs. Veterans and senior citizens receive a discount; must show veterans card for discount.
